An INTERREG experience: Discover cooperation
This year, the INTERREG Greater Region programme celebrates the European Cooperation Day with the citizens and guests of Esch-sur-Alzette, a city located at the Luxemburgish-French border, where the INTERREG Managing Authority and its Joint Secretariat have their offices since the beginning of 2016.
The Greater Region programme would like to present itself to its new hometown and offer an experience to citizens of all ages to better get to know the programme, its projects and the opportunities it provides.
On the 21st of September, the central market place of Esch-sur-Alzette will turn into an “INTERREG market”, where citizens can discover the programme, visit an exhibition of INTERREG projects and find materials on the European Union and cooperation.
Games and kids activities will be offered to the young public, who can test their knowledge on Europe or learn more about INTERREG in an entertaining way.
