How can a border become an opportunity and how can our youth contribute to improve the situation? What can we learn from each other?
On 22 September the benefits and challenges in cross-border cooperation and in cooperation across the EU external borders will be discussed among the youngsters from Ida-Virumaa (Estonia), Leningrad oblast (Russia), Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Hungary.
The Estonia-Russia CBC Programme will hold a youth discussion group in Estonian-Russian border town Narva to exchange thoughts among students and make suggestions to local authorities on cooperation in topics related to youth mobility and borders; environmental protection; business and trade; local and regional decision making.
The event is organised in close cooperation with Narva Municipality and Narva Youth Centre.
